I sailed on Nayadis but only for one day. I was waiting for a ship at Connell House and was asked to join temporary crew. We took her to lay up in Singapore harbour. Would be late 1959 I think. |

Second mate Steve Lambert and I had a great evening when we drydocked in Hong Kong. We were always good friends, having served together as apprentices on the TES Theliconus.
