reference Carl Grippert's comments if we are speaking about the same Ch. Steward Pacheco i was with him onboard the Glessula in West Africa in 1957 in fact when he changed his camera I bought his Zies Great times long ago. |

In answer to John Gallager reference T2 fleet lay up in loch Swilly i was a fiver on the tomergerus i believe one of the last to lay up. I understand they were to lie for two years then scrap i have a photograph showing lying line ahead. this i can email to you. |

just introduce to the site and the memory banks are now red hot.joined Hydatina new out of Glasgow late 56 left her late 57. joined Glessula to open up Nigerian oil fields in Port Harcourt in 58.Joined Thomogerus 59 after 7 months laid her up with T2 fleet in lough Swilley. joined Haminea late 59 finally left Shell late 60 to get married then joined E>D s glad to hear from anyone who knew me. |
