hi bob
i did get on very well with peddler i found him to be just and fair and didnt take sides he would be strick to find out any disput or problem. i was with shell from 1974 to 1981 left through back problems am very sorry at the loss of peddler and especially today when you think of old friends at sea.best regards |

Re Peddler Palmer .Yes Bob the one I talk of is the same one that was on the mactra he was one of the best captains I sailed with and when I had to stay back in Pireaus in Scaramanaga drydock where we drydocked the felipes a better capt could not be found
I heard he died of cancer just wondering if it true Lost all my shell days photos when i got divorced ex burnt them all but as said no one can take your memories. |
