i left the merchant navy 31/3/60the last ship i was on and i missed her badly she was called ALUCO i have a deep regret in leaving the sea when i did but i was young and foolish and the shore life was attractive at the time, my name is DENNIS I com from pWLLHELI N WALES

STS Aluco 22/1/60-31/3/60 EDH Last trip to sea retired to a shore job always regreted that move until i got married Re, email Colin Mclean Capt Jimmy Brittain was not a very likable person, I had jaged wire run through my hand and cut four of my fingers to the bone he said that i have a left hand and told me to carry on, after a month i could use my left hand as good as my right Regards Dennis |
